George Joseph
George Joseph is an Associate Programme Specialist responsible for implementing the 2015 Recommendation concerning Museums and Collections and coordinating the UNESCO Museum Programme. Prior to his current role, George was actively engaged in the implementation of UNESCO's Culture Conventions, particularly the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Asia and the Arab States. He has also led global cultural initiatives, including projects that integrate cultural components into urban settings and planning.
