There will also be a number of registration options for ICOM and museum association members. Please download and complete the Registration Form, attach the completed form to an email and send with the attachment along with proof of membership to the address noted at the top of the form (form may also be faxed to the fax number noted on the form). Proof of membership is required in order to complete registration using one of the rates below:

Registration Fees include:
- Attendance at conference sessions and presentations, including plenary addresses and all parallel sessions.
- Lunches and coffee breaks on the days of the conference.
- In-person conference session presentation (based on accepted proposal and scheduling into the conference program.
- The option to submit your article to the corresponding journal and participate in the peer-refereeing process.
- Full access to the online version of the journal until the time of registration until one year after the end date of the conference, as well as an electronic copy of your journal article, if accepted and published.
Virtual Registration Option:
If you are unable to attend the conference in-person but would like to be a member of the knowledge community, you may register as a virtual participant. As a virtual registrant, you are entitled to:
- Upload a presentation of your paper to the YouTube channel for access by other conference participants and community members
- Have your paper (if accepted) in the online list of abstracts
- Submit your article for peer review for publication in the journal
- Participate as a peer reviewer for other submissions to the journal
- Receive a one-year subscription to the online journal
- Receive newsletters and other communications about the knowledge community
Note: Payment for virtual registration does not influence acceptance into the journal, nor is it required in the submission process until the article has been accepted and has reached the typesetting stage.
